You can only become a VIP by staking $TELE.
The more tokens staked, the higher the VIP level, as follows:

-VIP level will be updated at 0:00 UTC every Monday
-VIP benefits are settled after the level update, which means that the VIP will be updated first and then the benefits will be distributed
